TripAdvisor has ranked us #6 of the 25 best places to stay in Guatemala, according to guest reviews and feedback. This year, less than 1% of the properties listed on their site were recipients of this distinguished award, and thanks to our guests we are part of this select community!

We are now on YouTube! Please check our channel to see Don David's latest invention, the Toucan Express! It is a zipline, hand-cranked cart over 200m long, providing drink service from the restaurant to our Cahui deck! Stay tuned for more videos...

23 Jan 2012 - TAG soon offering flights between Flores and Cancún
Recent reports say that the airline TAG will soon be operating flights to/from Flores, Guatemala and Cancún, Mexico. Service is scheduled to start in June 2012.

22 Jan 2012 - WiFi now available at La Casa De Don David
We are happy to announce that in addition to all of our other services, we now offer WiFi throughout our grounds! Service is free for guests. Due to the bandwidth limit, no downloads are allowed but basic browsing and emailing is okay.
